Open a chat and load the media
Open Telegram Web K or A, sign in to your own account and enter a chat you can access. Scroll to the message, open the image or play the video, and wait for the media to load.

Save one file or select several
Click Download beside the media to save one file. For multiple files, open the batch panel, check the previews, select the items you want and click Download Selected.

Private media and saving restrictions: what is the difference?
Your account must already be able to view private media. Whether you can save it also depends on whether it loads in Telegram Web and the extension can detect it.
Private channels control who can view the content
An external tool usually cannot read messages in private channels, groups or private chats from a public link alone. Sign in on the official Telegram Web website, open a chat you have permission to access, then open the video or photo. The extension provides save controls for media in that web session. It cannot join channels for you or give you new access permissions.
Saving restrictions affect how you can save it
Some media can be played even when the usual save or forward controls are missing. Load the media, then check the extension’s individual download button or batch panel. You can continue only if usable media is detected. Private channels do not always restrict saving, and saving restrictions are not limited to private channels. These are different situations, not the same fault.
For example, when organizing course recordings or team resources you are allowed to keep, first check that your account can still open the original message. If only a thumbnail remains, the message has been deleted, your membership has expired or the server no longer provides the file, the extension cannot recover it. It also cannot guarantee downloads in every restricted-saving scenario.

How do you save several videos, photos and audio files at once?
Load the media in the current chat first, then select it in the batch panel. Batch downloads reduce repetitive work; they do not automatically read the channel’s entire history.
A chat may contain videos, photos, voice messages and other files. Scroll to the messages you want to keep, open the photos or play the videos, and wait for them to load before opening the batch panel. Review thumbnails and file types, select the items you need, then use Download Selected to save them. You do not need to copy each message link.
Why does the batch list not show every file?
The list shows media the extension has actually detected, not the total number of messages in the channel. Media you have not opened, older messages you have not scrolled to and files the current session can no longer read may be absent. Return to the missing item’s message, load the media and check the panel again. A missing list entry does not mean the channel has no file.
Check the files and your allowance before downloading
Start with a few files and check the saved results before continuing with other loaded items. Output format, resolution and size depend on the source files. Batch selection does not improve their quality or remove your download allowance limits. Your browser’s download settings determine where files are saved and whether you are asked to choose a folder each time.

Can you see the video in the chat, but have no usable public link?
Load the media directly in your own Telegram Web session and use the extension. You do not need to find a message link that an external tool can read first.
A public link locates a message; it does not give an external tool the same access as your account. Content in private channels, groups or private chats may be visible only after sign-in. Being able to play it yourself is therefore different from an online tool being able to read the link. A tool may also report no video found when a message has been deleted or the source file is unavailable. That message alone does not establish the cause.
Check the original message, then choose a save control
Sign in to your account on the official Telegram Web website, open the original chat and check that the media opens or plays. If it is available, wait for it to load and look for the extension’s download button. Use the batch panel if you want several files. This avoids copying each message link or giving a downloader your Telegram password, verification codes or private session credentials.
If your account can no longer view the original message, switching to the extension will not grant extra access. Resolve access or loading problems in the original chat first, then check the download controls. If the media is available but still not detected, follow the troubleshooting steps below.

Media not detected? Check these in order
Make sure the media loads, then check the extension and your allowance.
Can you still access the chat and media?
Check that your account can open the message. The extension cannot recover deleted content, content you cannot access or files the server no longer provides.
Open or play it and let it finish loading
If you only see a thumbnail, open the image or play the video. If a file is missing from the batch list, scroll to its message, load it and check again.
Enable the extension, then refresh the page
Refresh Telegram Web after installing or updating. Check that the extension is enabled and has site permission. See the official store for the current version and update history.
Check your allowance and browser download prompts
Check your remaining allowance in the extension’s account panel. If the browser blocks batch downloads, review the address bar or download panel prompt before deciding whether to allow them.

Can I download from private channels or chats with saving restrictions?
Yes, you can save private media that your account can access, provided it has loaded and the extension can detect it. Membership in a private channel and restrictions on saving are separate issues: open the media in Telegram Web first, then use the download control if it is detected. The extension cannot join channels for you, recover deleted content or guarantee downloads in every restricted-saving scenario.
Which file types can I download, and does the quality change?
The extension can detect videos, photos, audio, GIFs and common files. Available formats, quality and file sizes depend on the source files provided by Telegram Web. It gives you a way to save those files; it does not promise format conversion, improved resolution or support for files of any size.
Do I need to give the extension my Telegram password or verification code?
No. Sign in on the official Telegram Web website, then open a chat you have access to. Do not give a downloader your Telegram password or verification code. Your extension account manages download allowances and plans separately from your Telegram login. Check the store listing and privacy policy for details about permissions and data handling.

Then check that the extension is enabled, site permissions are granted and download allowance is available. It cannot recover deleted content or files your account cannot access.
